I love my personalized piece. It is so beautiful and easy to wear.
I was notified by Lisa that there would be a delay in the making of my piece (before I even followed up on the order), and would I be ok with the wait or would I like to cancel my order. Since I love the 1st piece that I received so much I told her I would be happy to wait. Her follow up and customer service along with a bit of compensation that I didn't even ask for was above and beyond. You don't get service like that these days. Along with loving the quality of the jewelry, it is because of Lisa that I am a forever customer now.
