Poor packaging. Chain was twisted. The company’s answer was that they ran out of the cards the necklace was supposed to come on. It would have been nice to get some sort of credit.
Hi Renee, I am so sorry that you are disappointed in the shipment of the necklace and our response. Please note that since October there has been a huge demand for star of David jewelry, especially this necklace. We have sold 5X the # of necklaces compared to the same period last year. We were not prepared and unfortunately ran out of stock of much of our jewelry and our custom jewelry packaging.
When we received this necklace back in stock, we thought it was important that we ship it since our customers have been waiting, but did not receive our packaging in time. We purchased temporary packaging and did not get any other emails that the necklace was tangled, I am sorry that one of yours was.
