Shipping and return policy- Peace Love Light Shop 

Shipping Policy:

FREE shipping is offered on orders over $50 within the continental U.S..  Continental U.S. orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95. 

Shipping to Canada & the U.K. is available at carrier rates.  Peace Love Light does not collect fees for customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage at the time of purchase.  International orders are shipped with these fees unpaid and we are unable to know or determine what additional charges may be incurred.  We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding policies before placing your order.  You may be charged additional fees at the time of delivery. 

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product.  Certain products are handmade to order and will have longer lead times.  Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame, attributed to a delay in the production process, may occur and are subject to change.  

We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible.  If an item is out of stock, or ships from out of the country, it will be indicated in the item description.  Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.  Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.  Transit times vary depending on product and location. 

We try to process our orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore, changes and cancellations are not always possible. Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy: 

We truly love each of our items and we want our customers to as well.  As many of our items are handmade, colors and appearance may look different as to how they appear on the screen.  If for any reason you are not happy with your product please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will direct you how to proceed.  Items must be returned unused and in its original condition.  Final sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.  

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage, please contact us and we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope.  We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.
