If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale items
• Personalized items
• Custom orders
• Gift cards

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including return label fees. When you start a return, a prepaid label is generated for you using Shopify carrier rates, and the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Once your return is received, we'll inspect the item and complete a quality control review. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment, or as store credit if you prefer, less original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or that are returned without their original packaging. Once your refund has been issued, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Starting a return or exchange is easy.

• Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.
• Select the item, then choose Exchange or Return. We recommend an exchange, you'll receive 10% off your replacement item and can pick it before sending the original back.
• If you choose a return, a prepaid shipping label is generated for you using Shopify carrier rates. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.
• Pack your item in its original packaging and drop it off using the label provided.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Orders under $75 shipping within the continental United States are charged a flat rate of $6.95.

International shipping is available at carrier-calculated rates.

These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery. Shipping and lead times vary by product. While many items are in stock and ready to ship, certain products are made to order and may require additional processing time.

We work hard to keep our website updated with current inventory levels and estimated shipping timeframes. However, production delays may occasionally occur, and all estimated shipping dates are subject to change without notice.

If an item is out of stock, made to order, or ships from outside the United States, this will be noted on the product page whenever possible.

Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and may be delivered by different carriers. Each product has its own unique lead time, which can be found on the corresponding product page.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow up to 72 hours before contacting customer service. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive.

Before contacting us, we recommend:

• Checking around your property
• Looking in alternate delivery locations, such as a side door, porch, garage, or mailbox
• Asking household members if they accepted the delivery
• Checking with neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address
  

If you still cannot locate your package after 72 hours, please contact us and we'll be happy to help with next steps.

Please note that Peace Love Light is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Once an order has been shipped, Peace Love Light is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
